Commercial purposes include the sale, lease, license, or other transfer of copyrighted material to a for-profit organization.  Commercial purposes shall also include uses of the copyrighted material or modifications by any organization, to perform contract research, to produce or manufacture products for general sale, or to conduct research activities that result in any sale, lease, license, or transfer of the copyrighted material or modifications to a for-profit organization.

REDCap+ is offered as a paid, annual subscription using a tiered pricing model based on the number of active users on a given production REDCap installation. REDCap partners may purchase REDCap+ for one or more REDCap servers (also known as installations or instances) at their institution. 

REDCap+ Tier M is a subscription tier for institutions with 101 - 500 active users.
